COVID Cover and 'Peace of Mind' Protection
COVID Cover is included Free of Charge on all tickets* purchased with Floridatix after 10th October 2020. This cover protects you from disruptions caused by the attraction being closed, border closure or FCO guidance against travelling to the destination country as a result of COVID-19. In the event of any of the above affecting your holiday, we will issue a full refund on the price paid for your tickets.
During these difficult times we understand that the 'fear of the unknown' can make committing to buying attraction tickets a big decision. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible, knowing that if in the unfortunate event of COVID-19 affecting your holiday, we've got you covered and you won't lose out.
Our COVID Cover protects you under any of the following events:
- Due to COVID-19, your chosen attraction is closed on your activity date
- The destination country border is closed to travel for the duration of your holiday
- As a result of COVID-19 the FCO advises against travel to the destination for the duration of your holiday

- Free COVID Cover included for all tickets purchased after 10th October 2020
- COVID Cover is only valid on holidays disrupted by attraction closure, border closure or FCO advising against travel
- Only available on unactivated / unused tickets
- Tickets must be returned to us before we can begin process for issuing refund
- We reserve the right to request proof, as we deem required, for disrupted travel
In addition to COVID Cover, we also offer a full 'Peace of Mind' Protection which for just £40 per booking (includes all tickets) covers cancellation for any reason and gives a full refund guarantee.

If you want 100% worry-free booking then choose 'Peace of Mind' Protection. It covers you for cancelling at any time pre-departure, for any reason.
What's Included?

Need to cancel or make a change to your tickets?
- You won’t be charged cancellation or amendment fees - which can be up to 100% of the ticket price
- You’ll get a refund within 30 working days of us receiving your cancelled tickets
*What’s NOT covered by 'Peace of Mind' Protection?
- Orlando Magic BasketBall is not included
- Halloween Horror Nights is not included
- Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is not included
- Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Ticket is not included
- Discovery Cove: If cancelled within 35 days of attendance date it's not included
- Any ticket that states non-refundable
- Any previous credit that has been used against your booking cannot be claimed
Need to cancel but you don't have 'Peace of Mind' Protection?
If something unexpected happens and you have to cancel your booking but you don't have 'Peace of Mind' Protection, these are the charges you could face:
- If cancelled 7 days or more before your attendance date: 20% charge per ticket
- If cancelled 35 days or more before attendance date (Discovery Cove) 20% charge per ticket
- If cancelled within 7 days of your attendance date:100% of the ticket price
- If cancelled within 35 days of your attendance date (Discovery Cove) 100% of the ticket price
*What’s NOT covered by 'Peace of Mind' Protection?
- Orlando Magic Basketball is not included
- Any ticket that states non-refundable
- Any previous credit that has been used against your booking cannot be claimed
Terms and Conditions for 'Peace of Mind' Protection
- 'Peace of Mind' Protection is single use only, therefore if you cancel your booking or price match a new booking, Protection must be purchased again.
- 'Peace of Mind' Protection can only be added to bookings at the time of purchase
- Only available on unactivated / unused tickets
- Ticket must be returned to us before we can begin process for issuing refund
- The 'Peace of Mind' Protection charge of £40 per booking is non-refundable
