The Big Deal Card

• Just show your Big Deal Card to the server when you’re placing your order or making a purchase, and they’ll apply the discount right then and there.
• You should sign and date your card before you start using it
• ID may be required when you use your card

Your card will be valid for 30 consecutive days from the first time you use it.

One card is valid for up to 4 people, so you can get discounts for your whole family!

You can use your card as many times as you like – even at the same place!

Your savings with a Big Deal Card are unlimited - the more you spend, the more you save!

Yes, although some restaurants may have separate exclusions. For specific details, please see the Dining section on the Big Deal Card website or contact the restaurant before you visit.

Your card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

No - your card is exclusive to you and cannot be transferred or reused.

• Use of any Card, eCard or iCard (mobile version) is subject is subject to full adherence to all restrictions, terms and conditions set for on this page.
• Big Deal Cards cannot be used with any other discounts or offers.
• Each Big Deal Card is valid for up to 4 people.  Additional people will require additional cards(ie. A party of 5 people would need 2 Big Deal Cards.)
• Big Deal Card meals may not apply to taxes, gratuities, bar (alcohol) drinks or take away food unless permitted by the restaurant.
• Big Deal Card is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
• The Big Deal Card expires 30 days from first use.
• Big Deal Card is not valid until signed and dated.
• Participating companies may be subject to change without notice.
• All cards are protected under Federal Copyright and Trademark laws and may not be sold, resold, copied or reproduced without the express written permission of Taktik Enterprises, Inc.  Non-compliance may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties as allowed by law.
• Cards may not be sold or resold on eBay, similar auction site or anywhere else and will be deemed unauthorized unless approved in writing by Taktik Enterprises, Inc to otherwise do so.  Any unauthorized card sales or distribution may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties as allowed by law.
• When registering your Card or eCard on any of our mobile apps or platforms, you certify that you are in authorized possession of the respective card and any abuse or misrepresentation of the Card, serial number or other identifiers may result in civil theft liabilities and may be prosecuted in a criminal jurisdiction to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• All Cards are the property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.  All Cards must be surrendered upon demand for any abuse or implied abuses surrounding the program and as determined by the Company. 
• The Company reserves the right to modify all restrictions, terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
• Big Deal Card cannot guarantee that the restaurant will be open at the time of use or that the restaurant management still honours the card. From time to time, restaurants may discontinue their participation in the program.
