Sneaky Snaps of Volcano Bay!

Volcano Bay is throwing open its doors SOON. Like, very soon. May 25th soon. And after the week of rain we’ve had, it’s worth reminding ourselves of how much fun water can be!

1. Head at Volcano Bay - Floridatix.com

Dotted around the park are Tiki faces. Dozens, if not hundreds of them, on rocks and walls and around the volcano.

2. Slides at Volcano Bay - Floridatix.com

There are a mouth-watering eighteen slides at Volcano Bay including Ko’okiri Body Plunge – a near-vertical drop which takes you right through a pool!

3. Waterfall at Volcano Bay - Floridatix.com

We reckon one of the most popular slides will be the exciting Krakatau Aqua Coaster. It’s a four-person canoe which shoots up and down hills, through the middle of the volcano itself and bursts out of a waterfall at the end. It’ll be intense.

4. Lots of slides at Volcano Bay - Floridatix.com

Each of the slides has its own personality and unique features, so each ride you go on will be a totally different experience! (Almost totally… you will still get soaked!)

5. Interaction at Volcano Bay - Floridatix.com

The innovate TapuTapu technology will allow you to interact with the park as you go around, you can turn on water jets, light up images in the caves, and even activate the Burping Tiki!

6. Beach at Volcano Bay - Floridatix.com

There’s plenty of lounge space to soak up the rays instead. Wave Village has calmer waters, sunbeds, a wave pool and a beach.

7. Cabana at Volcano Bay - Floridatix.com

Or go luxury and get a private cabana with volcanic views!

8. Splash at Volcano Bay - Floridatix.com

We can’t wait to get going! We’ve got our Universal Volcano Bay tickets… have you? Don’t forget, if you already have a 2-Park ticket, click here find out how you can upgrade to a 3-park explorer ticket!
