Special Delivery

Opted for your tickets to arrive by special delivery? You won’t have to wait long – they should be in your hand within 2 working days of booking*!

A few important details you should know:

  • Worried the postman might get the wrong address? Don’t be – you’ll be required to sign for your tickets on delivery
  • Tickets got lost/damaged on the way? Don’t sweat it – we’ve got them fully insured against damage while in transit!
  • Want to know where your tickets are at all times? Full tracking status and electronic proof of delivery are available for you
  • Wondering when your tickets will arrive? Usually you should keep en eye out for a DX Courier between 8am – 6pm
  • Based in Ireland? You may need to wait an extra day - tickets to the Republic Of Ireland (Eire) will be delivered within 3 working days

* If you make your booking over the weekend (Friday to Sunday), your tickets will be dispatched on Monday

Tracking your Tickets: FAQs

Tickets booked through FloridaTix will be despatched to you using the DX Express Courier delivery service.

When will my tickets be delivered?

As soon as your tickets have been collected from FloridaTix, DX will contact you by email to let you know they are on their way.

Tickets will be dispatched within 7 working days of full payment. Within two working days, you will receive an email or text alert advising you of your tracking code.

How will my tickets be delivered?

We will attempt to obtain a signature in all cases. However, if no-one is home and the tickets do not require a signature the courier will post them through your letterbox (providing the courier deems the property to be secure).

If the tickets do require a signature, we will leave a calling card to let you know that delivery was attempted and what to do next.

How secure will my delivery be?

To ensure the tickets have been securely delivered, your delivery courier carries a hand-held device which records the time and date, enables them to take a photograph, record a description and capture the geo co-ordinates of your property. Additionally, where possible, they will attempt to gain a signature.

What happens if I'm not home?

Don’t worry, if we are not able to post your tickets through your letterbox, we will leave a calling card or contact you directly to advise you of the options available to you for the safe delivery of your tickets.

Will I need to show any ID?

On the initial delivery to the original address anyone can sign for your tickets. ID will only be required if we are not able to successfully deliver the tickets first time and need to redeliver.

ID can be a valid driving license, passport or debit/credit card but must be in the recipient’s name.

Can someone else sign for my tickets?

Absolutely! If we do not deliver first time, anyone can sign for the tickets by producing your ID, for example your valid passport, driving license, debit or credit card.

How do I track my tickets?

You will need the tracking number that will have been sent to you via text message, and the postcode of the original delivery address.

How can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will emailed and text to you once DX have collected your tickets from FloridaTix. If you miss your delivery, the tracking number will be on your calling card.

Can I choose a different date and delivery address?

Yes! If we are not able to successfully deliver your tickets, please visit www.dxdelivery.com/delivery.

You will need the tracking number and the postcode of the original delivery address. The tracking number will be provided in the emails we send you, or can be found on the calling card we leave you.

You can then choose your delivery address; either your home, work or a 3rd party address. Then choose a delivery day (Monday - Friday). Delivery will be made anytime between the hours of 9am - 5pm (Exact times cannot be specified).

I have changed address since ordering my tickets. What should I do?

Can I collect the tickets myself?

DX offer a collection service in some areas. Please call the number on your calling card/letter to arrange collection.

You will need your DX calling card, letter or authorisation email plus valid ID.
