When will my tickets be delivered?
As soon as your tickets have been collected from FloridaTix, Royal Mail will contact you by email to let you know they are on their way.
Tickets will be dispatched within 14 working days of full payment. Within two working days, you will receive an email or text alert advising you of your tracking code.
How will my tickets be delivered?
Your tickets will be delivered through your letter box and do not require a signature.
If the tickets do require a signature, we will leave a calling card to let you know that delivery was attempted and what to do next.
How secure will my delivery be?
To ensure your tickets have been securely delivered, Royal Mail record the time of delivery and GPS recording.
What happens if I'm not home?
Don’t worry, if we are not able to post your tickets through your letterbox, we will leave a calling card or contact you directly to advise you of the options available to you for the safe delivery of your tickets.
Will I need to show any ID?
You will need photo ID if you need to collect your tickets from your local sorting office.
ID can be a valid driving license, passport or debit/credit card but must be in the recipient’s name.
Can someone else sign for my tickets?
Unfortunately not, it must be the person whose name is on the booking.
How do I track my tickets?
You will need the tracking number that will have been sent to you via text message, and the postcode of the original delivery address.

How can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will emailed and text to you once Royal Mail have collected your tickets from FloridaTix. If you miss your delivery, the tracking number will be on your calling card.
Can I choose a different date and delivery address?
Yes! If we are not able to successfully deliver your tickets, please visit https://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/redelivery
You will need the tracking number and the postcode of the original delivery address. The tracking number will be provided in the emails we send you, or can be found on the calling card we leave you.
You can then choose your delivery address; either your home, work or a 3rd party address. Then choose a delivery day (Monday - Friday). Delivery will be made anytime between the hours of 9am - 5pm (Exact times cannot be specified).
I have changed address since ordering my tickets. What should I do?

Can I collect the tickets myself?
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your tickets, they will be taken to your local sorting office where you can collect them. Please ensure you take photo ID.
