We have our first peek at Monsters Unchained in Dark Universe at Epic Universe…and it looks scary good!

Eager to step into the shadows of Dark Universe and experience the gloomy horror and gruesome thrills in store? As the countdown continues, Universal are giving us glimpses into all the new worlds just waiting to be discovered at Epic Universe, today revealing our first peek at Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment in Dark Universe.

Classic horror tales meet hair-raising thrills on this terrifying immersive ride, taking you through Dr Frankenstein’s journey of building the great green monster!

Senior Creative Director, Peter Carsillo states ‘Monsters Unchained has the most technologically advanced animation figures that have ever been built at the attraction’ promising that the monsters are sure to  ‘exceed beyond anyone’s wildest expectations for what an animated figure can do’.

Assistant Director of Creative Design Gregoray Hall says the inspiration behind these hyper-realistic monsters was to ‘keep everything that was the essence of these monsters but to take them to another level.’

What can you expect of this thrill ride?

Monsters Unchained boasts of a whopping 14 animated figures, each more visceral, powerful, and intense than the next! Featuring classic Monsters like The Wolfman, The Creature from The Black Lagoon, and, of course, Frankenstein’s Monster himself, amongst many more creepy creatures, this ride is a test for even the bravest of souls – will you have what it takes to ride?
