View all FAQsIt's super easy to book your tickets, simply:
- Find your tickets and click Check Availability.
- Choose a date and select the number of participants. If the date you wish to book is greyed out, this means that the ticket you have chosen is not available to book.
- Once added to basket, input passenger details for each ticket. Don't forget, you can add Peace of Mind Protection to your booking.
- Select your payment method and complete your order.
Full payment for all bookings is due 91 days prior to your departure date. Once your booking is paid in full, your e-tickets will be emailed to you as follows:
- If your booking includes Walt Disney World Resort and/or Universal Orlando Resort tickets, all tickets included in your booking will be issued 32 days before your departure date.
- If your booking does not include Walt Disney World Resort or Universal Orlando Resort tickets, your e-tickets will be sent within 72 hours of receiving your final payment.

Cancellations are effective once a cancellation invoice is issued.
We don't allow partial changes to bookings. Instead, you'll need to cancel and rebook:
- The original booking will be cancelled and refunded (cancellation fees apply)
- A new booking must be made at the current ticket price with a new deposit
- Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
