Booking
Most tickets are delivered electronically by email after booking. Some products are issued instantly and others may take longer, depending on supplier confirmation.
Some same-day bookings are possible, but availability depends on the product and supplier cut-off times. We recommend booking in advance wherever possible.
Most attractions accept mobile tickets. If a product requires printed vouchers, this is stated clearly in your booking confirmation.
Tickets & Delivery
Delivery timing varies by attraction. Many tickets arrive quickly after payment, while selected products may be sent closer to your travel date.
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If nothing is received, contact support with your booking name and email so we can resend your documents.
Most tickets are digital. Physical ticket delivery is uncommon and only used where the product requires it.
Payment & Pricing
We accept major debit and credit cards through secure payment processing. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Selected products can be secured with a deposit, with the remaining balance paid before travel. Eligibility is shown during checkout.
Promotional offers may be available for selected products or periods. Any valid discount should be applied during checkout before payment.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation eligibility depends on the product terms. Many attraction tickets are non-refundable, so always review conditions before purchase.
Date changes depend on supplier policy and ticket type. Contact support as soon as possible and we will check available options.
If an attraction closes or materially changes opening plans, we will work with the supplier to review alternatives where possible under their terms.
Theme Park Information
Some tickets are date-specific, while others remain flexible within a validity window. Your ticket terms confirm exactly how and when it can be used.
Only products that include multi-park access allow this. Always check the ticket inclusions and usage rules before travel.
Many attractions offer child pricing bands. Age ranges differ by supplier, so review product details for the exact child policy.
Travel & Planning
Some attractions may request identification for lead travellers or card checks. Carry photo ID and booking documents where possible.
Opening hours can change seasonally and at short notice. Always verify times directly with the attraction before your visit.
Unused tickets are generally not refundable unless the specific product terms explicitly allow refunds.
