Peace of Mind Protection – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

‘Peace of Mind’ Protection is an optional add-on that allows customers to cancel their booking prior to departure and receive a refund on eligible tickets, subject to the terms outlined below.

This product must be purchased at the time of booking only and cannot be added retrospectively under any circumstances.

2. Cancellations

  • Bookings may be cancelled at any time prior to departure

  • A full refund will be issued for all eligible tickets, excluding the Protection fee

  • No cancellation charges will apply where ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection has been purchased

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used, activated, or expired tickets

  • Tickets excluded under Section 5 (Exclusions)

3. Changes & Amendments

  • Amendments to bookings are not permitted

  • All changes are subject to a cancel and rebook policy

  • Customers must cancel their existing booking in full and make a new booking at current prices

  • A new deposit will be required at the time of rebooking

  • Any price increase must be paid at the time of rebooking

‘Peace of Mind’ Protection does not transfer to new bookings and must be repurchased if required.

4. Price Match Protection

  • Only one price match claim per booking is permitted

  • The lower price must be for the same product, dates, and inclusions

  • Claims must be submitted prior to departure

  • Valid proof of the lower price (e.g. live link or screenshot) may be required

  • Tickets must be returned (where applicable) before any refund is processed

5. Exclusions

‘Peace of Mind’ Protection does not apply to:

  • Non-refundable tickets

  • Discovery Cove bookings within 35 days of departure

  • Used, activated, or expired tickets

  • Partial cancellations (Protection applies to the full booking only)

  • The Protection fee

6. Additional Conditions

  • Protection is only valid on unactivated and unused tickets

  • The Protection fee (£50 per booking) is non-refundable

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

  • This product does not constitute an insurance policy

7. General

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection at any time. Claims that do not meet these Terms & Conditions may be declined.
