Why book with a deposit?

This is a great way to get your Florida tickets without having to make one full payment immediately! Here’s why:

• Don’t risk missing out – some Florida parks have limited spaces per day, so it’s better to book as soon as possible as they fill up fast!

• Protect yourself against possible ticket price rises – the price at the time you book is the price you pay.

• You don’t need to pay in full until 90 days before you go – so if you want to wait until your next payday, that’s totally fine!

How to make your booking

Online

• Select your tickets and go to the checkout

• At the checkout, choose the “Book with Deposit” option.

• You will be charged just £20 per ticket up-front. We’ll send you an email when the remainder of your balance is due.

By Phone

• Contact our call centre on 0330 100 3130. We're available Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. They will be able to advise you on which ticket option(s) are most suitable.

• Pay your deposit of just £20 per ticket over the phone via a payment link to secure your tickets

How to pay

Once your tickets are secured with your deposit, you may pay in instalments which suit you best to complete the payment in full at any time up until 90 days before your booked date. Simply visit our website and click the Pay My Balance link in the navigation or click on the payment link in your confirmation email to settle the balance. You’ll also be sent reminders to complete your payment with the link included.

Online – pay the full balance

• Once your tickets are secured with your deposit, you may complete the payment by paying it off in full or through regular instalments.

• Simply log onto our secure online payment system using your booking reference and email address.

• Payment instructions will be provided, allowing you to either pay the balance in full or make flexible instalments to suit you, with a minimum payment of £50 per instalment, up to 90 days before the due date.

• When the payment is made, you’ll receive confirmation of your payment via email.

• If we haven’t received your payment by the time it is due, a final reminder will be sent and you will be given 24 hours before your booking is cancelled and any payment already made will be lost.

If your booking includes Walt Disney World Florida and/or Universal Orlando general admission tickets, all tickets on your booking will be sent 31 days prior to your visit date, even if your booking is paid in full. If your booking does not include these tickets, they will be emailed to you within 72 hours of receiving full payment.

Ticket Delivery & Payment Terms:

• Full payment must be made at least 90 days before your departure date.

• Once your booking is fully paid, we’ll confirm and send your tickets 31 days before your departure.

Exclusions

• All seasonal event tickets such as special Halloween and Christmas tickets. i.e. Halloween Horror Nights or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party etc.

• All special event tickets such as Disney H2O Glow Nights at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park etc.

• Sporting events such as Orlando Magic basketball tickets etc.
