Within 24 hours from reservation you will receive you tickets directly from the Blue Man Group box office system. These will have your seat numbers on them. You will need the tickets on your phone from the BMG Box office in order to access the venue. Your Gray Line voucher will not allow you to access. If you cannot locate your box office seat tickets please contact Gray Line in advance of show date for assistance (telephone number will be on your order confirmation)
Blue Man Group tickets are not included in our Cancellation & Price Match Protection, or the deposit payment scheme. These tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Show times vary from 6.00pm to 9.00pm depending on the time of year.
Bookings are non-refundable and non-cancelable once purchased.
Show duration: 2 hours
Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the management.
Strobe lights are used during portions of the show. If you are sensitive to strobe lights, please alert the Theatre House Manager when you arrive. Upon request, a staff member will help you leave the theatre before strobe lights occur.
The theater lobby opens 1 hour before show time and we recommend you arrive at the theater no later than 15 minutes before show time.

No transportation is included. Please make your own way to Icon Park. If driving, free parking in the ICON garage is available, or if arriving by Uber/Lyft have the drop off at the Universal Blvd side of the plaza.
