Please note: Gratuities for your driver-guide, Fanzone admission, and food and drinks are not included.
Please note: In the case of a race delay, Gray Line Buses are held at the Daytona International Speedway until the race is officially called off by NASCAR officials. Buses are locked and closed during this time to allow the drivers to be in an active ‘off duty’ status in case of long delays. If the race is called off due to weather, admission tickets will work on the next arranged date and discounted transportation back to Daytona International Speedway can be reserved through Gray Line Orlando. In line with NASCAR policies all sales on NASCAR tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Gate Policies
All fans are welcome to bring their own food and beverages to the event. All fans may leave and re-enter the venue by presenting their valid ticket or credential.
Bags & Coolers
One soft-sided bag or cooler no larger than 14 x 14 x 14 inches is permitted. Purses, camera cases, and diaper bags qualify as soft-sided bags. Coolers may be packed with ice cubes or ice packs — dry ice is not permitted. One lightweight backpack, cinch, or duffle bag no larger than 17 inches in length is also permitted.
Permitted Items
Cameras, binoculars, scanners, headsets, iPads, tablets, laptops, factory-made selfie sticks, personal cups and thermoses, seat cushions without metal components, blankets, additional clothing, bug spray, sunscreen, sunblock, cigarettes and lighters, strollers (not permitted in seating areas — storage available at Guest Services), and service animals are all permitted. Flags are permitted provided they do not obstruct other fans' views and are attached to a pencil-sized wooden stick only — no flag poles.
Not Permitted
Weapons of any kind, fireworks, laser pointers, noise makers, and air horns are strictly prohibited.
General Policies
All items are subject to inspection at admission gates. Outside food, beverages, and soft-sided coolers are prohibited in hospitality areas. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only — not in seating areas. Daytona International Speedway is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

FAQs
Coaches depart pick-up locations between approximately 12.30pm and 1.30pm, arriving at Daytona International Speedway at approximately 3.30pm, subject to traffic. Return transport departs Daytona International Speedway approximately 1 hour after the race finishes or is stopped, dropping guests back at their original pick-up location.
Please select your pick-up location at the time of booking and call our office on 407-522-5911 to reconfirm your pick-up time 24-48 hours before the race. Please allow 15 minutes grace time at your pick-up location.
