Disney’s 14-Day Magic Ticket:
• Purchase Availability: This ticket is available to purchase until 31th December 2026.
• Date-Specific Entry: Select your first park visit date and enjoy 14 non-consecutive days across an 18-day period from this date.
• Digital E-Tickets: Disney Magic Tickets are e-tickets; your Disney reservation number will be provided with your ticket.
• Seasonal Closures: Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are each subject to seasonal closures.
Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket:
• The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, AND Universal Volcano Bay on all days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected.
• The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited.
• The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours.
• Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’).
• Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required.
• Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Volcano Bay Seasonal Closure Notice
Universal Volcano Bay will begin a seasonal closure on 26th October 2026, with a current planned reopening on or before 31st March 2027. Therefore, if you are planning to visit between 20th October 2026 and 31st March 2027, please choose our Disney & Universal Combo 2026 (Adventure Ticket) combo.
Important Notes for Both Tickets:
• Start Date Accuracy: It is crucial to enter the correct start dates for both Disney and Universal tickets to ensure you can make the most of your time and experience.
• Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Both Disney and Universal tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
• Universal Standard Entry Requirements: Entry at Universal parks includes a biometric scan and requires a valid photo ID.
• Operating Hours and Closures: Parks, attractions, and entertainment at both Disney and Universal may close due to refurbishing, weather, capacity, or special events. Operating hours may also vary and are subject to change without notice.

All our Disney Magic Tickets include Park Hopper - which means once you have visited your first Park of the day, you are free to head to another of your choice, at any time that day. You have complimentary access to the network of monorails, buses, boats and Disney Skyliner to get from park to park, just make sure to check what methods of transportation are available from each destination.

ID Required?
Photo ID may be required when you first enter the Walt Disney World Parks. Therefore we advise that you take some to avoid disappointment.
Guests at the Disney Parks should wear proper attire – including shoes and tops – at all times
The following clothing is not permitted:
→ Adult costumes or clothing that could be viewed as representative of an actual Disney Character
→ Masks
→ Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
→ Excessively torn clothing
→ Revealing clothing that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
→ Objectionable tattoos
Guests are welcome to take snacks and food that does not require heating into the Parks but please do not bring any glass containers (except baby food or perfume bottles)
Loose and dry ice are not permitted in the parks.
