The Game Itself
An NBA basketball game consists of 4 quarters of 12 minutes each - but with time-outs, stoppages, and half-time entertainment, expect the full Orlando Magic game experience to last around 2 to 2.5 hours. We recommend arriving at least an hour before tip-off to make the most of the pre-game atmosphere at the Kia Center.

There is a range of seating options available at the Kia Center to suit every budget, group size, and preference - from great value upper bowl seats perfect for families to all-inclusive VIP experiences just a few rows from the court. Whether you're looking for the best value night out or want to treat yourself to the full VIP treatment, there is something for everyone at an Orlando Magic home game.
Promenade B: The most budget-friendly option at the Kia Center, situated towards the rear of the Upper Bowl with a full view of the arena. Conveniently located near the Ozone Bar and STUFF's Magic Castle - ideal for families looking for a great value night out.
Promenade A: A step up from Promenade B with improved sightlines of the court, still offering excellent value in the Upper Bowl and a fantastic atmosphere throughout the game.
Terrace Level B: Positioned behind the nets in the Lower Bowl, these seats put you closer to the action with great views of the court and full access to Terrace Level amenities throughout the evening.
Terrace Level A: Some of the best seats in the Lower Bowl, offering excellent side-on and corner views of the court with full access to Terrace Level amenities - a great choice for fans who want to feel close to the game.
Club Level: Situated on the exclusive Club Level of the arena with premium sideline views from spacious leather seats. Guests enjoy access to multiple luxurious lounge spaces, bars, and premium concession options throughout the evening - a step above the standard game night experience.
Ultimate Seating: The closest you can get to the action without being on the court. Seats are within the first seven rows of the Lower Bowl, with access to the AssuredPartners Lounge before, during, and after the game - including all-inclusive food and beverages (beer, wine, and soft drinks) from 90 minutes before tip-off. Ultimate ticket holders also benefit from a dedicated VIP entrance.

Tickets & Payment: All Orlando Magic tickets are 100% non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking. These tickets are not included in our Cancellation & Price Match Protection or deposit payment scheme.
Availability: Due to high demand, Ultimate and Club Seating are limited - book early to avoid disappointment.
Children: Children under 36 inches / 3ft / 91cm do not require a ticket but must sit on an adult's lap throughout the game. Children over this height require a full adult ticket regardless of age.
Prohibited Items: Backpacks and large bags, video cameras, and digital cameras are not permitted inside the Kia Center. Filming and photography inside the arena is prohibited.

FAQs
The NBA season runs from October to April and we have tickets to all 44 home games at the Kia Center. Some fixtures are more popular than others, so get your tickets early if you want to see the Lakers, Chicago Bulls, Golden State Warriors, New Orleans, Boston Celtics, and New York Knicks.
As we’ve already stated, this is a full experience and not just an NBA game. So clear your diary for the evening and enjoy the entertainment.
