Please enter the date you want each of your tickets to be activated from. Each ticket activates individually on the first day it is scanned at the park gate, and is valid for 14 days from that activation date.
You will need your 12 digit Disney reservation code – this is located below the QR code on your E-ticket

Walt Disney World Resort has six parks -Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, and/or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. If you're looking to explore them all, the Disney Magic Ticket is a great option, giving you access to all parks for the duration of your ticket, subject to park availability.
Disney Magic tickets will include admission to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, subject to seasonal opening. Disney Water Parks are subject to seasonal closure each year for maintenance & refurbishment. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered if there are any partial closures.
Great news - Memory Maker comes standard with all adult Disney Magic Tickets! Just keep in mind it's not included with Disney Special Event Tickets (like Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party). Not sure which ticket you have? Check your confirmation or reach out to us!
Park opening hours vary throughout the year - we recommend checking the official Disney website for the most up-to-date times before your visit.

Where to bring your ticket
→ We’ll send you an e-ticket that’s ready to go – no need to queue at redemption points, just walk straight into enter the park!
→ On the back of your ticket you’ll find your own unique visitor number. Use it to complete your My Disney Experience profile and access your personal Disney holiday planner!
ID Required?
Photo ID may be required when you first enter the Walt Disney World Parks. Therefore we advise that you take some to avoid disappointment.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a guest aged 14 or older. And the great news - children under 3 enter completely free!
Walt Disney World Resort offers a range of accessibility facilities to help make your visit as enjoyable as possible, including lifts, disabled toilets, Braille maps, guidebooks and audio description, hearing loops, and wheelchair rental.
Walt Disney World has plenty of on-site facilities to make your visit as smooth as possible, including ATMs, baby care centres, lost and found, locker and pushchair rental, wheelchair rental, car rental, childcare services, photo services, WiFi, package pickup, and even boarding kennels for your furry friends!
We recommend to wear casual and comfortable clothes for a day at the Disney Parks. You’ll be doing a lot of walking, so good comfy, sturdy shoes should be the first thing you pack!
Guests at the Disney Parks should wear proper attire – including shoes and tops – at all times
The following clothing is not permitted:
→ Adult costumes or clothing that could be viewed as representative of an actual Disney Character
→ Masks
→ Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
→ Excessively torn clothing
→ Revealing clothing that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
→ Objectionable tattoos
There are a huge variety of restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, ranging from à la carte meals to self-service outlets, bars and cafés for sandwiches and snacks.
Guests are welcome to take snacks and food that does not require heating into the Parks but please do not bring any glass containers (except baby food or perfume bottles)
Loose and dry ice are not permitted in the parks.
