Making the most of your day

To make the very most of your time here we recommend splitting your visit into two half days:

  • Day 1: Get here early in the morning and head for the rides first. People tend to rush to explore the streets of Hogsmeade first, so this is the time when the ride queues should be shortest.
  • Day 2: Visit in the afternoon or evening, when it’s cooler to wander around and the lights give everything a magical atmosphere.

This should also give you the opportunity to travel between parks on the Hogwarts Express#!

Even the departing “train stations” are true to the Harry Potter books and films, with the train going between Hogsmeade Station in Universal's Islands of Adventure® and Platform 9¾ at King's Cross Station in Universal Studios Florida®.
