If you want 100% worry-free booking, then choose ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection. It covers you for cancelling at any time pre-departure, for any reason.

Need to cancel or make a change to your tickets?

You won’t be charged cancellation fees – which can be up to 100% of the ticket price

You’ll get a refund within 60 working days of us receiving your cancelled tickets.

Need to cancel but you don’t have ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection?

If something unexpected happens and you must cancel your booking, but you don’t have ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection, these are the charges you could face

 

Cancellation Charges

The following charges apply if you cancel your booking:

Time Before Travel

Cancellation Charge

More than 33 days before departure

Loss of deposit

8 to 32 days

20% of the total ticket cost

7 days or fewer

100% of the ticket cost (no refund)

  • • If cancelled within 35 days of your attendance date (Discovery Cove) 100% of the ticket price

*What’s NOT covered by ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection?

  • • Orlando Magic Basketball is not included
  • • Any ticket that states non-refundable
  • • Special Event tickets
  • • Any previous credit that has been used against your booking cannot be claimed

Terms and Conditions for ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection

  • • ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection can only be added to bookings at the time of purchase
  • • Please note that if you choose to cancel and re-book your reservation, for any reason, your ‘peace of mind’ protection will not roll over to your newly made booking. This means that the safeguards and assurances provided under the ‘peace of mind’ policy will not extend to the re-booked reservation, so we kindly ask that you take this into consideration before re-booking tickets.
  • • Only available on unactivated / unused tickets
  • • Ticket must be returned to us before we can begin process for issuing refund
  • • The ‘Peace of Mind’ Protection charge of £50 per booking is non-refundable
