Terms and Conditions

  • The FloridaTix New Year giveaway will run until midnight on Monday 15th January 2024.
  • The winner will be picked at random and publicly announced on Tuesday 16th 2024.
  • The offer is open to anyone in the UK over the age of 18, except anyone connected, in any way, to FloridaTix or the company, agency or individual participating.
  • Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  • Every booking made from 26th December 2023 until Midnight Monday 15th January (duration of the New Year promotion) will be entered into the competition.
  • If you are a winner, your booking must be paid in full before we distribute your prize and the order can not be cancelled for a refund. 
  • By submitting your name, email address and contact details to FloridaTix and by entering the Competition you agree to these rules. 
  • The winners will be notified and their name published on FloridaTix materials, including, but not limited to, FloridaTix social media, the FloridaTix website and FloridaTix promotional material.
  • FloridaTix reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion. FloridaTix reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these terms and conditions.
