New Water Park at LEGOLAND Florida

Legoland Water

Floridas LEGOLAND theme park has announced plans to open a new water park in time for Summer 2012.

LEGOLAND is Florida’s newest theme park and is built on the site of Cypress Gardens, which was one of Floridas first theme parks. A water park that is currently adjacent to the attraction is to be renovated and reopened as part of LEGOLAND.

The new water park will feature the following exciting rides:

LEGO Wave Pool – A perfectly-sized wave pool where the whole family can catch a gentle wave or simply relax.

Twin Chasers – Race a friend down a pair of 375 feet intertwining enclosed tube slides.

Splash Out – Ascend to the water parks highest point, then speed down a 60-foot drop and splash into the water below.

Joker Soaker – A fun, interactive playground with slides of various shapes and sizes. Watch out for torrential spills from a 300-gallon bucket!

Build-A-Raft River – Design and build your own unique LEGO vessel to sail around the 1000-foot lazy river.

DUPLO Splash Safari – A water play-area especially for toddlers, with shorter slides and giant interactive DUPLO creatures.
