1. Join Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration
Decked out in brand-new party attire, Mickey and Minnie are looking forward to meeting you at Magic Kingdom Park until September 30th 2019.
- Visit the new Celebration Station inside Town Square Theater, where you can sign a guestbook to let Mickey and Minnie know, just how much fun you’re having!
- Dance and sing all the way to Cinderella Castle at the Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party; a special, limited-time musical celebration filled with beloved Disney pals such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy and more!
- Meet Mickey’s beloved dog, Pluto, under the big top at Pete’s Silly Sideshow in Storybook Circus.
2. Celebrate 30 Years of Disney’s Hollywood Studios
2019 marks 30 years of magical movie moments at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! To commemorate this special occasion, the park has unveiled a new 30th anniversary logo as well as these awesome experiences:
- Get pumped for a high-octane, first-of-its-kind show that’ll put you right in the middle of the Cars universe! Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy comes to Disney’s Hollywood Studios from March 31st 2019.
- New ways to interact with Characters like The Incredibles, and Mike and Sulley from Disney•Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. until September 30th.
- Experience the new Disney Junior Dance Party! featuring Vampirina, Doc McStuffins and other favorite Disney Junior Characters having fun in a high-energy live show.
3. Your last chance to see IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth
This year says a fond farewell to IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth after nearly 20 years!
Make sure you experience this iconic show for one last time before it ends in the second half of 2019 to make way for an all-new nighttime spectacular.
4. Celebrate the Circle of Life!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park is honouring 25 years of The Lion King with themed events and celebrations around the Park:
- Festival of the Lion King: This Broadway-style show is filled with colossal puppets, extravagantly costumed dancers, amazing acrobats, fire dancers and stilt walkers – as well as all the classic songs!
- Bust a move at the Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party, an all-new, happy-go-lucky event featuring music, dance, games and some of your favourite Disney friends including Timon and Rafiki!
- From May 27th – September 30th, the Tree of Life Awakenings comes alive with new music and images featuring animals and themes inspired by The Lion King.
