It”s been a busy start to the year for FloridaTix so far and we’ve done a lot of work to make sure you guys get the best deals and top notch customer service.
Being an online store for tickets, a lot of our communications come through the internet. We like to keep up to date with technology and are always looking to improve your online experience with us, so lets take a look at some of the other things we do on the web.
With over 500 million users worldwide, we would be silly not to use Facebook. Its a great way for our customers to get in touch with us and we answer all the questions we receive, but we don’t just use it for Q and A.
We like to have fun here at FloridaTix and we use Facebook just for that reason, sharing photos, holiday stories, news updates and regular competitions and you know what else? We love it! So pop over to our Facebook page some time and say hello.
We get loads of video material from our suppliers who want to share it with you guys, so we thought we should make our very own YouTube channel.
Now you can watch loads of videos about Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and much more on the FloridaTix YouTube channel. If you want to get the latest videos and updates, you can even subscribe to our channel to make sure you are the first to know what’s going on.
We like to tweet about what were up to as well, but Twitter is also a place where we can talk about anything with our followers. We usually tweet throughout the day and post interesting little bits and bobs we’ve found from the internet.
