The best Universal Studios attractions (if you don’t love rollercoasters)

Universal Studios Attractions

Not a huge lover of big scary rollercoasters? I’ll let you into a little secret – neither am I! But don’t let that put you off, because there are loads of other fun and exciting things to do at Universal Studios which don’t involve 60mph loop-the-loops and sheer 90° drops!

Animal Actors On Location!

This is a lively and hilarious mix of video segments, live animal performances and audience interaction, showcasing the skills of our furry, feathery and scaly stars!

The adorable animals show off the natural and learned behaviour that’s used in movies and TV shows. It’s more fun than is humanly possible!

Diagon Alley

Love shopping? Love eating? Love Harry Potter? Well even if you don’t love Harry Potter, this area is still awesome!

Browse colourful, magical shops like the Weasley’s Wizarding Wheezes joke shop, or dark and cavernous establishments like Ollivanders Wand Shop. Feast on wizarding fare at the Leaky Cauldron, quench your thirst with a nice frothy Butterbeer and grab a sweet treat at Florean Fortescue’s Ice-Cream Parlour. Oh and there are even some rides there too!

The Hogwarts Express

Yes, you can actually take a real train journey on a true-to-life replica of the famous wizarding train! The Hogwarts Express connects the two Wizarding World of Harry Potter parks at Universal Orlando Resort, and the view from the train windows is different depending on which way you’re travelling.

IMPORTANT: To ride the Hogwarts Express you need a ticket that includes admission to both Universal Orlando parks. This is included with all Universal Orlando Tickets booked through FloridaTix.

Fievel’s Playland

Kids can run, jump, climb and bounce through this outdoor playground filled with oversized props from the films “An American Tail” and “Fievel Goes West”.

Little ones will love climbing a 30ft spider web, crawling through tin cans, crossing swaying bridges, exploring a giant cowboy boot, and shooting down 200ft long waterslide!
