An important update regarding the temporary closure of major attractions.

We are monitoring the situation closely and our highly experienced teams are doing everything they can to ensure we are following the latest advice from our suppliers.

Please find the below information that should help answer any questions or queries you have concerning your tickets. Bear in mind that we are continuously updating this page with more details as and when they become available.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, please be aware that we will only be dispatching tickets twice a week. 

I have purchased tickets, what should I do? 

Each Orlando park has their own policy on the options you have regarding your tickets that fall into these three categories.

  • Amend your dates
  • Transfer your booking to a different attraction wherever possible (contact us for more information)
  • Receive a partial refund

We will now highlight each parks policy one by one.

Walt Disney World Amendment Policy

If you would like to transfer your Walt Disney World booking to a different attraction, please contact us on [email protected] and we’ll do our best to facilitate this wherever possible.

Already received your tickets? 

Walt Disney World tickets are automatically valid up to September 2021. (if paid by 10th April 2020) You don’t need to worry about getting in touch, your tickets will remain valid.

Disney Ultimate Tickets are valid until 26th September 2021. Tickets must be activated on or before 16 September 2021 to get the full 14 days usage.

Haven’t received your tickets? 

If you haven’t received your tickets and want to change the date you are travelling, we are offering free amendments up to September 2021, you’ll just need to pay any difference in ticket price between 2020 and 2021. Please get in touch on [email protected] to amend your booking.

Walt Disney World Refund Policy

Depending on your travel date, you have two options:

Cancelling within 7 days of travel: 100% charge of the ticket value.

Outside 7 days of travel: We will need to return your tickets to Disney; therefore, we require you to send your tickets back to us by Special Delivery. Our company address is: 3&4 Regal Court, 6 Sovereign Road, Birmingham, B30 3FJ. There will be a 20% charge per ticket. (our offices are currently closed, please don’t return any tickets until we notify you our offices have re-opened)

Universal Orlando Resort Amendment Policy

If you would like to transfer your Universal Orlando Resort booking to a different attraction, please contact us on [email protected] and we’ll do our best to facilitate this wherever possible.

Already received your tickets? 

Universal Orlando Resort tickets are automatically valid until December, 17, 2021. You don’t need to worry about getting in touch, your tickets will remain valid.

Haven’t received your tickets? 

If you haven’t received your tickets and want to change the date you are travelling, we are offering free amendments up to December 17, 2021, you’ll just need to pay any difference in ticket price between 2020 and 2021. Please get in touch on [email protected] to amend your booking.

Universal Orlando Resort Refund Policy

Depending on your travel date, you have two options:

Cancelling within 7 days of travel: 100% charge of the ticket value.

Outside 7 days of travel: We will need to return your tickets to Universal; therefore, we require you to send your tickets back to us by Special Delivery. (our offices are currently closed, please don’t return any tickets until we notify you our offices have re-opened)

SeaWorld Amendment Policy

If you would like to transfer your SeaWorld booking to a different attraction, please contact us on [email protected] and we’ll do our best to facilitate this wherever possible.

Already received your tickets?

SeaWorld tickets are valid through to December 31, 2021 and will be valid for 14 days. You will not have to return your tickets, the validity is in place for both hard tickets and e-tickets for 2 and 3-park admission.

Haven’t received your tickets? 

If you haven’t received your SeaWorld tickets, please get in touch on [email protected] to amend your date of travel, you’ll just need to pay any difference in ticket price between 2020 and 2021.

All Day Dining passes for 2020 are all automatically extended until 2021

SeaWorld Refund Policy

Depending on your travel date, you have two options:

Cancelling within 7 days of travel: 100% charge of the ticket value.

Outside 7 days of travel: We will need to return your tickets to SeaWorld; therefore, we require you to send your tickets back to us by Special Delivery. Our company address is: 3&4 Regal Court, 6 Sovereign Road, Birmingham, B30 3FJ. There will be a 20% charge per ticket. (our offices are currently closed, please don’t return any tickets until we notify you our offices have re-opened)

Discovery Cove Amendment Policy

If you would like to transfer your Discovery Cove booking to a different attraction, please contact us on [email protected] and we’ll do our best to facilitate this wherever possible.

Already received your tickets?

Discovery Cove tickets can be amended to any date in 2020 or 2021. Prices vary by season, so any difference in ticket price will still be payable.

Haven’t received your tickets?

If you haven’t received your Discovery Cove tickets, please get in touch on [email protected] to amend your date of travel, you’ll just need to pay any difference in ticket price between 2020 and 2021.

Discovery Cove Refund Policy

Depending on your travel date, you have two options:

Cancelling within 30 days of visit date: 100% charge of the ticket value.

Outside 7 days of travel: We will need to return your tickets to Discovery Cove; therefore, we require you to send your tickets back to us by Special Delivery. Our company address is: 3&4 Regal Court, 6 Sovereign Road, Birmingham, B30 3FJ. There will be a 20% charge per ticket. (our offices are currently closed, please don’t return any tickets until we notify you our offices have re-opened)

Customers who are in resort

If you have used any days on your tickets – the tickets are non-refundable. However, we will liaise with our suppliers to try to obtain refunds for unused days. This is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the parks. It could take some time to resolve. All local or domestic announcement regarding refunds may not apply to the international length of stay tickets.

How do I amend my dates? 

  1. Email us on [email protected]
  2. Enter your name, booking reference number and desired date of travel
  3. Our customer service team will amend your dates and contact you as soon as it has been done

What if I don’t know the dates I want to travel yet?

We are offering free amendments for all customers affected. You can amend your booking more than once, so if your plans change, get in touch on [email protected] and we can re-amend your booking.

Exclusions

The above excludes the following: Kennedy Space Center.
